Introducing Daphne Leung — Superhost & Regional manager of Collab (our cowork spaces)
If you say ‘Collab’ you say Daphne!
Daphne started out as our Community Manager for the Amsterdam-City Collab. Building the community from scratch, creating local partnerships and introducing some hip & happening events Daphne quickly showed us what she’s made of.
With her focus on projects, events and community management she grew with TSH to the overarching Regional Collab manager position. Currently she’s managing all Northern-Europe Collabs.
Q: Why did you decide to join TSH? And was it a good call?
The entrepreneurial spirit at TSH Collab and diversity of people made me want to be part of TSH. Every day I still get inspired by the stories of the entrepreneurs and their mind-set. So, yes! It’s definitely a good call! I love the environment.
Q: What surprised you about working at TSH?
TSH is a brand with a purpose to create a positive change. That is not our core business, but really our goal based on our passion. In every part of the company teams are working hard to leave a sustainable footprint. From our real estate developers, F&B to recruitment team. Every person on board in the company has the passion to shape a better future for people and environment. That is really special!
Q: How about current times, how are you dealing with an impact like Covid?
We are living in a rapid changing world where flexibility is expected from us. I am super proud of how the company acts and reacts on the changes of the past year. From creating a safe environment for our guests and members to the out-of-the-box extra extra digital or covid proof events.
Q: Being ‘forever unfished’, where do you think your career will lead you?
No one knows - and that’s the beauty of TSH. We are continuously developing and improving our concept and product. Team members are very involved with changes and projects so never a dull moment at TSH! We will see what the future will bring…
